How to raise a concern
Email [email protected] with the subject Complaint, or write to Axil Accountants LTD, 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR. Include your contact details, the service involved, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Please avoid sending sensitive financial documents in an initial email.
What happens next
We will consider the concern, ask for relevant information where needed and explain our response and any proposed next steps. If the concern relates to an existing engagement, its agreed complaints procedure also applies. If you remain dissatisfied, ask for the matter to be reviewed and for the external escalation options relevant to that engagement.
For privacy concerns, you may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. Any professional-body or alternative-dispute-resolution route depends on the firm’s verified membership and the service concerned; no unverified regulator or scheme is represented here.
